For Lawyers & Court Referrals
Wafa Fiture is a Registered Social Worker (RSW), registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She has 15 years in mental health, almost 7 years in anger management and partner assault (IPV) counselling, and about 6 years of court referrals, with hundreds of court-referred clients. She sees clients in person in Markham and by phone or Zoom across Ontario, in English and Arabic.
What you can expect
- Fast intake, usually within a few days
- Anger management and partner assault / IPV counselling for clients facing domestic or assault charges, bail, sentencing or family court matters
- Programs of as many sessions as the court or client needs
- Progress letters and completion reports for court
- Updates to counsel with the client's consent
- In person in Markham, or by phone or Zoom anywhere in Ontario
- English and Arabic
- $150 per session, with a flexible sliding scale

Wafa contacts the client, usually within a few days, and books the first session with their consent.

With the client's consent, you'll receive progress letters, updates and a completion report for court.
